Part-Time Seasonal Contact Center Representative
Pet Butler’s National Contact Center is seeking Seasonal Contact Center Representatives for our busy Spring season. This short-term role (approximately 2-3 months) is ideal for individuals looking to earn extra income, gain professional experience, and develop sales and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
This role requires strong sales skills; conversion, objection handling, and closing are core competencies. The difference is that our customers are already shopping. The job is to help them complete enrollment efficiently and correctly, answering questions and demonstrating strong product knowledge.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls promoting yard waste removal services and pet care
- Answer questions, explain service options, and encourage scheduling or upgrades
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote additional services
- Complete administrative tasks such as data entry and payment processing
- Shifts are assigned based on your availability and business needs upon hire.
- Hours fall between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday–Friday and 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Saturday as needed
- Schedules will remain mostly consistent, but may change as needed

- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred
- Computer literacy & Typing speed of 45 WPM
- Comfortable communicating by phone and goal-oriented
- Experience with pets is a plus
