Chicagoland Scoopers, dba Pet Butler, is seeking a part-time motivated and organized Administrative Assistant based out of our Plainfield, IL office. Hours: M-Thurs (9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.) some work schedule flexibility during core business hours. Wage range $17.00 - $18.00 based on experience.

General Responsibilities
- Assist with employee onboarding and recruitment, including screening candidates and scheduling interviews
- Support commercial activities by maintaining customer data, tracking contracts, preparing quotes, and managing communications with property managers
- Participate in commercial expos and events to help expand our business
- Update and maintain company PowerPoint presentations and gather operational performance data for meetings and training sessions
- Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and external partners
- Attend departmental meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up
- Track progress on multiple projects using project management software and organizational tools
- Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining an organized workspace and upholding our company values
- Carry out additional duties as assigned
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office experience, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Proficient in using CRM systems, project management software, HR tools, and other organizational applications.
- High School diploma required
- Excellent communicator with strong collaboration skills
- Proactive and self-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a passion for continuous improvement
- Reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
